Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing user experiences for our ASD XR platform. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research using interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and refine design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes with tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to visualize and test design concepts.
- Design visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency.
- Develop intuitive user experiences through user flows, sitemaps, and navigation structures to guide users effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions and clearly communicate design concepts.
- Perform usability tests to collect feedback, iterate on designs, and enhance the user experience.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications, and provide detailed assets to ensure accurate implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of AI and blockchain technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
