What You Will Do
− Defining and Managing Our Brand:
- Develop and articulate the brand values of RAMsys and its product offerings.
- Ensure all company partner interactions reflect these values, enhancing the overall experience.
− Campaign Management for Marketing Initiatives:
- Identify key marketing solutions for RAMsys solutions and products during sales cycles.
- Develop promotional materials and execute impactful campaigns to position RAMsys as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
− Brand Management:
- Define and communicate brand values, ensuring alignment with customer and partner expectations.
− Campaign Management:
- Highlight the most relevant products and solutions for each sales cycle.
- Design and execute marketing materials and communications to promote offerings effectively.
− Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow engagement and align with marketing objectives.
− Promotional Campaigns:
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social media) to promote software solutions and 3D printers.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
− Growth Hacking:
- Identify innovative strategies to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets.
− A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B testing across campaigns to optimize performance and improve conversion rates.
− Website and SEO Management:
- Oversee the RAM Systems website, ensuring it remains user-friendly, and conversion optimized.
- Implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
− Digital Asset Management:
- Manage digital assets, including product content and user-generated content.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or related domains are preferred.
- Experience for non-Saudi 2-3 years in marketing, preferably with exposure to CAD/CAM software or XR solutions.
- Experience in promoting engineering solutions and 3D printing technologies is a significant advantage.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong passion for emerging technologies, especially XR, CAD, and 3D printing.
- Proven ability to design and execute result-driven marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns).
- Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
