Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our growing team. You will be a key player in connecting our innovative solutions with customers seeking to leverage digital transformation by optimizing their products and processes and embracing Industry 4.0 advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads within the industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively demonstrate their value proposition to clients.
- Prepare and conduct presentations and demonstrations to explain our solutions and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate solutions and services that meet customer requirements.
- Lead sales negotiations and proposals, securing orders and managing contracts.
- Provide support and guidance to customers, ensuring successful implementation and maximizing their ROI.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback, contributing to product development and improvement.
- Participate in industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and expanding our network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering are preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience, preferably within the industrial or IT sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
- Fluent in English and Arabic is essential.
